Current Guidance for All Events

As we all navigate through the uncharted waters of the Covid-19 pandemic, Nite Lights Entertainment continues to stand by our Clients’ sides as they make difficult decisions about their upcoming events. As new information becomes available we will continue to update our Cancellation or Postponement of Events & Credit Policy. Please know that the health & safety of our clients and staff is our top priority.


We continue to follow guidance from our state & local government officials, as well as guidelines presented by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). As these guidelines evolve and additional guidance is presented, we too will evolve in this fight against the virus. For the Safety of our Entertainers & Staff

Our family of entertainers & staff mean the world to us, just as your family means the world to you. For this reason, we have decided to implement some temporary protocols and safety measures to help us protect you, your guests, and our teammates, so that we may all remain safe and healthy. Please note that these limited measures are temporary and are only enforced for the protection of all.

  • All Entertainers/DJs & Staff will promote social distancing, where possible and when appropriate.

  • Our Entertainers/DJs & Staff are required to wear masks when social distancing is not available. Please note that our team will not be utilizing masks while using a microphone to host an activity or during Open Dance Floor music mixing. 

  • Microphones will be placed on microphone stands to limit cross-contamination or will be wiped down between uses

  • Photo Booth Attendants will wear masks and will promote social distancing, where possible and when appropriate.                                                                                               

  • All Photo Booth touch screen surfaces and props will be sanitized between use.                                                     

  • Although WE DO NOT RECOMMEND we will provide props to for clients who want them. We will post a warning sign about using the props at their own discretion.   The attendant will try to sanitize props to the best of their ability.                                                                                                                                                                                    

  •  To prevent multiple people touching our screen for text/email…we will select one person in the photo to send the digital copies too.    That person can then text the digital copies to everyone else in the photo. This will maintain a safe, sanitary situation at the photo booth.  Our Social Media booths have virtual props available. If you have reserved a print booth and would like to change to a social media booth with virtual props please let us know ASAP!                                                                                                                                                                      

      Policy regarding rescheduling your 2022 event to another date in 2022 or beyond:


  • We support your decision and understand the difficulties that surround a decision of this magnitude.                                                                                                                       

  • Please confirm availability prior to rescheduling your event.

  • Reservation fees will be forfeited if you move to a date without notifying us first and we are not available for the new date 

  • We will not charge a fee for rescheduling your event under these circumstances. 

  • All deposits/payments made from your initial date will carry over to your new date.                                                                                                              

  • If you’re no longer planning a wedding, you can use your payment towards our DJ or Photo Booth services for any future event (a birthday, holiday party, anniversary, etc.) or you may transfer your credit to another couple.

  • Additional fees may apply if you are changing venues. This would only occur if additional travel fees are required or use of stairs are required for load in / out.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Cancelling your rescheduled 2022 event:                                                                                                                               

  • If you have rescheduled your date from 2021 or 2022 and are now deciding to cancel your new 2022 date, Your original 2020 / 2021 contract will still be in effect and ALL PAYMENTS WILL STILL BE DUE at the time of your cancellation.

  • If you need to reschedule a 3rd time we will require payment in full to reserve the new date.
